We decided to go sans tour guide and explore the Island of Capri on our own. Took a 30 minute hydrofoil ride from Sorrento to Capri and then a quick cable car ride up to the top. Capri is exactly what I thought a little italian city would be like. The most gorgeous blue mediteranean waters and not overrun with tourists like Venice. There are alot of shops and little restaurants to wander in. We some how found a hiking trail that goes all the way down the cliff of the island to a sunbathing area close to the water. I see a topless girl with giant boobies... there went my plans of going topless... I dont like to contrast and compare. I order a gelato on the way back to the boat and the cone is still warm... oh man.
