Dear Mr. & Mrs. Jiang,
We wish to inform you that Ethan is now able to use the toilet independently during the day. Therefore, you no longer need to subscribe to the training pants service. Please return the three pairs of training pants loaned to Ethan and bring in 3 pairs of his own panties to the school.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Regards,
IC Team
